About the event
5K Your Way at Colchester Castle parkrun. We meet at 8:40am by the blue '5K Your Way' flag, next to the bandstand in Castle Park.
You can walk, jog, cheer people on, volunteer or come along for a cuppa. After parkrun we head to Leisureworld cafe for a cuppa.
