About the event
Join us on the last Saturday of each month for 5K Your Way at Colchester Castle. A relaxed and welcoming chance to chat, connect and move outside together.
We meet from 8.40am by the blue 5K Your Way flag next to the bandstand in Castle park. You can walk, jog, cheer people on, volunteer or come along for a cuppa. After parkrun we head to Leisureworld cafe for a cuppa on us☕💕 . Everyone is welcome
Our lovely Breast Friends Ambassador, Karen will be there to welcome you.
